What if I forgot my username or password for Visa Spend Clarity?

Have you forgotten your username? Go to Forgot Username? on the Visa Spend Clarity website. You will receive your username via email. Have you forgotten your password? You can choose a new one. Select Forgot Password? on the login page. You will need your username and the answer to the security question you answered when you registered.
You will then receive a link to choose a new password. Confirming this password happens with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). This can be done in one of two ways:

  • A one-time password (OTP) via email
  • With the Mobile Authenticator-app

How to register your device for the Mobile Authenticator-app

  • Download the Forgerock Authenticator app in the Google Play or App Store
  • Select the 'Register Device'-link in the email
  • Scan the QR code
  • Enter the OTP from the Authenticator app
  • Your device has been registered

How long are transaction details available in Visa Spend Clarity?

In the Visa Spend Clarity app transaction details are available for six months. Do you need transactions from longer ago? Log in on the website. You can use the same login details you use for the app.
